This page explains what happens to the information you give us through highballer.co.uk. Highballer is part of the Cherry Jam Group, 10–11 Market Place, Stockport SK1 1EW.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site:
- Table bookings — your name, phone, email, the date, time and party size, and anything you add in the notes.
- Venue hire enquiries — your name, phone, email, the date, how many people, the occasion and your notes.
- Mailing list — your email address and, if you give it, your first name.
We don't ask for card details on this website. Tickets are sold through DesignMyNight, who handle payment and have their own privacy policy.
What we do with it
We use booking and enquiry details to answer you and to run the booking. We use mailing list addresses to send you what's on at Highballer — events, dates and offers — and nothing else. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you.
We never sell your details, and we don't share them with anyone outside the businesses that run Highballer and the suppliers that host this site and send our email.
How long we keep it
Booking and enquiry messages are kept for up to two years so we can look back at a past booking. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Cookies and measurement
This site uses Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to count visits and to see which posts and ads bring people to the site. They set cookies in your browser. We use this to understand what's working — not to identify you personally.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site works without them.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email neil@cherryjamstockport.com and we'll deal with it within a month. If you're not happy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
